LANDAFRIQUE was the only Nigerian entity that made it to reach the unprecedented Shark Room during the official AUHF 36th Annual African Union Housing Finance (AUHF) Conference this week and to pitch in front of the global largest DFI´s.

At this year’s AUHF Conference taking place from 02-06 November 2020, the company’s chief executive officer, Paulo Cruz, provided investors and other stakeholders heads-up on LandAfrique’s affordable housing strategy as embodied in their integrated and sustainable real estate master planning developments.

This first time ever Shark Room, held live during an online conference with a jury composed by the largest DFI´s – IFC (World Bank group), DFC (former US based OPIC), UK CDC and FSD – is a unique and unprecedented format. Kecia Rust of CAHF – Centre for Affordable Housing Finance Africa was the moderator of this refreshing approach during the conference.
