LandAfrique has embarked on a journey to develop a niche hospitality business.
The initial developments of the LA Hospitality series will be in Lagos, Agbara and Abeokuta.
In 2022 landAfrique will be working on the redesign and finishing of the superb located Milverton property.
The Development at 21 Milverton Road currently consists of two 7 storey towers housed in a prime CBD location on the newly reconstructed Milverton Road in Ikoyi, Lagos.
The two towers were originally structured as a 22 three bedrooms apartments plus penthouses, although in the new configuration it will go beyond the 116 one bedroom units.
This prime development counts with a wide range of amenities that will make life easier and more comfy for its users.
