Developers plan 77, 400 housing units
Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria has announced plans to roll out 77,400 housing units for low and medium-income earners. Importantly this will impact the Federal Government’s efforts in bridging down the nation‘s huge housing deficit.
The association said the planned 77 thousand units would create 2.2 million direct jobs. Very importantly the association urged government at all levels to assist developers by creating an enabling environment to deliver the housing units.
The Federal Government’s Economic Sustainability Plan (ESP) chaired by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo was praised by the association.
The government should use a renowned and experienced developer like LandAfrique.
