The Milverton – investment opportunity

The Development at 21 Milverton Road currently consists of two 7 storey towers housed in a prime CBD location on the newly reconstructed Milverton Road in Ikoyi, Lagos. The two towers are structured as such;

Block A (7 Storeys, 12 units):
Ground Floor: Consisting of a reception area, changing rooms, parking spaces and maintenance office. 5 floors with two wings: each wing consists of a spacious 3-bedroom luxury apartment.
2 Duplex penthouses: Two 4-bedroom duplex penthouses set over two floors and each boasting wrap around terrace balconies.

There are currently three potential investment opportunities in the Milverton project:

Option 1: Temporary sale and buy back for a duration of 18 months for a return of 12% per annum.

Option 2: Initial purchase of units to be completed by the developer and sold once completed. The investor will then realize the profit from the sale of the purchased assets. The developer will have the first right of refusal for the re-purchase of the units at the proposed sale amount.

Option 3: Investment in hotel / serviced apartment ensuring perpetual return from investment.

We are currently offering eight 3-bedroom units for investment through one of the above options. Based on market analysis, the 3-bedroom luxury units are currently valued at N365m per unit, therefore resulting in a total eight 3-bedroom unit investment of N2.92bn.
